Left Click Problem

Hello, I have the following problem. ( Windows7ultimate x64)
On every shortcut when i press left click the explorer.exe stops responding. I need to restart explorer.exe to continue working ( broswing folders, double click all other works and left click on Desktop works but on shortcuts no). I wanted to run the sfc/scannow in cmd. But i cant get run the cmd as administrator cause the left click dont work. CTRL+SHIFT+Enter doesn't work either. Any suggestion guys?

Try running cmd.exe as administrator in Safe Mode.

Try option 2 first, if this does not work try the other options.
