Purchased W7 Pro from Newegg but there was no 25-char product key included. Newegg said I should contact MS.
I talked to an online MS agent about my existing W7 with expired key and the recently purchased W7 disc with no key and she said she 'needed' to take over my computer to examine my current install--I then received hundreds of malware, ransomware and other crapware--many hours to fix, actually 4 full days . I still have a purchased W7 disk with no key and my existing W7 running under DazLoader...do I ever want to contact MS again?
