Lenovo L520 looping at start

I have upgraded my to Windows 7 ultimate all seemed to load ok.
However when you turn the laptop on you just get Lenovo page saying press enter to enter bios and this keeps repeating its self I am sure there is an easy cure.

Please post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.

Did you Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to Ultimate or insert the Product Key in Anytime Upgrade to unlock the few extra expensive features which almost no consumers need. Otherwise it is the exact same OS.

Try resetting BIOS to defaults, after taking note of SATA controller setting which optimally should be AHCI.
