Lens on Finepix S2950 Misaligned

So recently after asking on the Fujifilm forums why the right side of my picture was coming out blurry and pixelated, I found out that the lens on my camera is misaligned. Since my camera is under warranty after ordering it from Pixmania, I can return it, right?

Do Pixmania accept returns only when the item is visibly broken?

Jloc, under the sale of goods act the article must "be fit for purpose" has your camera is not fit for purpose they have to honour the agreement which should be carried out under warranty anyway

Yes, I would just take it back, and see what they can do for you.

I would think for either condition they would just swap out the lens if they have one or you may have to wait until they get one ordered in.

Best case, they offer to trade-up!
