Letting almost freezing air into room with PC for fresh air

Is it okay to let fresh air from outside that is almost freezing (3C/37F)? Can this damage any computers in the room or is it safe? I only let in fresh air for 3-5 minutes and close it again. The air is pretty dry currently, will that make a difference?

i do not see a problem with it. unless it builds up condensation in the case.

Well I have read on several websites that if it is cold enough, the internals can become brittle and crack if force is given. But I guess that only applies to phones, since you probably won't ever drop your laptop or desktop.

One of the well known cures for disks that do not work is to put them into the fridge over night. That works very often. So cold can also help at times.

Well I guess the cold would just help the computer to not overheat except for the LCD in the monitor freezing solid and becoming brittle but that would take a while and I would never drop my monitor anyway. And also except for the battery in a laptop and possible condensation, I guess there is nothing to worry about. And also, smartphones are more compact and weak than computers so something that can break a phone won't always break a computer.
(Um, 48% humidity is dry, right?)
Also, one more thing about what you said, wouldn't freezing the hard drive just create condensation?

When attempting the freezer trick to get a recalcitrant HDD to run long enough to recover data from it, you have to put it in a ziplock baggie and expel as much air as possible before sealing it and putting it in the freezer. This reduces, if not eliminates, the chance of condensation. Freezing a HDD isn't a permanent fix; at best, it works for only a short while, hopefully giving you enough time to recover any data on it (more often than not, it doesn't work).

Where I live (AZ, USA), 48% humidity would be like a sauna. I've seen the humidity dip into the single digits.

Well yeah, this kind of humidity would be pretty high for Southwest US, but in Korea this is pretty low, it is way worse in Summer, but thankfully condensation can't form in such hot weather anyway. (Well unless my source for the humidity is wrong, as it feels way dryer than that because if anyone doesn't use lotion, their skin completly dries.)
