Is it possible to customise the folder icons in 'Libraries', as all added libraries look the same!

You're welcome Harris. Yes, it would be better if there was a nice GUI so that we can change the icon like we can with shortcut by simply right clicking on the file and doing it through Properties.

I wrote a tut to do this with a software called Librarian:

How to change Libraries icons, rename libraries, add new libraries etc with Librarian:

NOTE: Librarian is an excellent piece of software created by "Happy Bulldozer aka hb860". It allows you easily tweak Libraries in Windows 7.

It is a multi-language (Only Russian and English) application which allows you to:

* Create a new library with any folder(s) inside
* Change library's icon through standard Windows dialog
* Rename library
* Change content type of new or current library
* Change "default save location" option
* Change "Show in Navigation Pane" option
* Show library as XML

Download Librarian here and run the installer inside the Zip file: http://winreview.ru/request.php?19

Okay here, we go.

This is a very simple piece of software, and you dont need to be a geek to figure it out

Changing Libraries Icons:

1. Open Librarian

2. Click the icon/library you want to edit and click the icon which i marked by putting blue dots around it ;)

4. Now select the icon you want to show for the library

5. When you have done that, click 'Ok', and afterwards 'Ok' again

6. Now restart your computer, or restart explorer.exe, and the icon should be changed :)

Note:
You can add locations and configure all libraries, just click the library' icon, and the settings icon after.

Good luck, i hope you enjoy this as much as i did :cool:
