a way to re-organize the libraries? I dont like the order they are in right now.

Well, you can create and delete libraries. And you can rearrange them; their layout, in the window. Be more specfic.

Using a netbook currently for travel. Also own a Dell 755 and a T500 and a Toshiba P105.
I know how to create and delete (even change the icons thanks to this site:)) But I cannot drag the icons into a different order.

You can click on View (menu bar) and Sort by or Group by to arrange the library icons how you like. :)
