License not working on different profiles

I am an administrator on my companies local domain. After installing software on my admin account, I attempted to run the software via user account but it did not recognize the license. How can I correct this to wear the application and 1 license works for all user levels?

You should Contact the software company and ask them.

Some program are not allowed to register under different user account/computer. That means, you can only activate the program in certain condition. To make it clear, you'd better contact the software vendor for confirmation.
