Where can I get a Windows 7 version for my Lifebook and what does it cost?

Welcome to the forum.

It's very difficult to buy a genuine Win 7. You will only find a Win 7 pro. Don't buy on ebay our used license.

The best way is to do a factory recover. You probably can launch from BIOS.
Why do you want to reinstall Win 7?

Without windows or without the disk?
If it has the original disk, it may have a factory recover partition.
