Lightroom like theme?

so all my life i worked with crts, and now i switched to a large lcd and the brightness is killing me, ( lowest settings) does anybody know a good "Lightroom like" theme like this.

( grey, dark gray, no whites) i could use ? ( no alienware, extreme cheese stuff) i dont really want to change the ui or my w7 much, just the (white) colors... the high contrast are a bit extreme .

ok, so i nned to use this Windows Theme Installer, the thing is did tweak a lot of my u, removing garbage " my favorites, etc" (using tutorials from here) how do i save that?

Use Browsing deviantART to replace the system files .

But better you have a system image backup before replacing the system files .
