Lightscribe freezes

When using lightscribe simple labeler the program freezes when I click to burd label.
Software and drivers are up to date.
I am running Win 7 Ultimate

Has it ever worked ? if so a restore may sort the problem

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling ?

Are windows updates current and completed ?

It has had a freezing problem from day one If I fiddle with it it works I have it set to run as admin I have updated the software to the latest version as the drivers for the burner
