Hello All,
Need help desperately.
I have a Dell Vostro laptop, I don't know what happened, all of a sudden I am unable to connect to my wireless internet - I get "Limited Access."
I have tried many suggestions but no luck.
When I try to fix the connection, I get "Diagnostics policy is not running."
When I try to run the service - I get access denied.
I have tried to run the service as administrator without any success.
System Restore is also not an option.

Safe mode with networking - same issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Ron

Unplug your router for a full minute and then plug it back in and then check connection.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that there are 2 more laptops connected wirelessly to my modem and both of them are working fine, so un-plugging and re-plugging won't help. But I still tried it - no luck. Thanks.
