Limited Connectivity

100% of the time, I have limited connectivity for my wireless network. I have a Netgear WG311v3 wireless card in my Dell E510 desktop and a Netgear WGR614v6 router. I get a perfect connection with Windows XP but the limited connectivity in windows 7.

Any Suggestion?

I had the same problem about 2 weeks ago. I tried to configure everything and reset the router, but nothing helped. Then I made a system restore and it helped for an hour, then it started again. I think that one of the updates for the windows defender caused that, but i'm not sure.
I don't know how, but after a few days the problem disappeared.
Strange.

Witch version do you use?
