Solved links on my desktop open with front page

every time i try to open a shortcut from my desktop, alwats open with microsoft FrontPage, and it ask

openfile as
wpe2E91.temp

open as
HTML
RTF
text


Can any one help, i am at the point right now of formating my hard drive
