Wll, new to the forum but hopefully someone can help. I have Windows 7 Home Premium. In repairing the flashplayer problem, I must have disabled whatever system administrator privilege there is which allows one to click on links within word documents, websites, email etc. to go to other web pages. It now comes up with a message box which states -

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effecton this computer. Please contact your System Administrator".

Ok ... but I am the SA. How do I renable this capability in Outlook, etc.? HELP!
