List View to Icon View

Hi I just got my new hp laptop with windows 7. I list things on craiglist and when I click the add pictures button my folder comes up but it's always small and has the list view. I would like to change this to everytime I open it it has the large icon view . Can't figure it out. Please help!!!

When you open a folder, there is an option to change the view. It is located where the ? (help) icon is on the left side. The third icon from the left is the "View" icon and clicking on that will change the view.

Okay, go first of all, go to any folder in explorer and change it to icon view. Then go to the start menu. Type in folder options. Go to view tab. Click on apply to all folders. It says something like this: You can apply the view (detailed or icons) that you are using for this folder to all folders of this type.
