I need to findout how to check the spelling after typing new email and before sending it out

In the "Options" section of WLM use the "Spelling" tab and check the box at the top "Always check spelling before sending." Also, if you just want to correct the email spelling but not send the message try the "F7" function key while composing. (In the 2009 version of WLM there is also a "Tools>>Spelling..." choice in the menu bar of the main window of the new message.)
