Every time I start my computer and after it boots up LIVE Mail automatically starts and the desktop now shows all my emails. Live mail is my default e-mail program. I don't want this. I want my desktop back and I want to choose when I want to read my e-mail. I don't know what I did if anything. Thank You in advance for your help.

Installed 120mm heatsink over CPU with a 120mm case fan using Artic Silver 5 thermal paste. I downloaded and installed the Win 7 Graphics Driver From The Nvidia web site.
Thanks for your advice but I decided to do a system restore which took care of the problem. If it comes back I will try removing it from the startup. Which startup, by the way?? The one in All Programs or RUN MSCONFIG ??? The one in all programs is empty.

It is possible that a sys restore would have removed any app from your startup locations. If the only problem you were trying to resolve was the live mail startup, you used a shotgun to kill a cockroach.
MSConfig includes the StartUp folder, so that would be adequate.
MSconfig is a marginal tool for controlling startup items. See Autoruns for a more advanced tool.
