Hi,

So very recently for some one reason when I run anything that uses OpenGL like Photoshop CS4, Second Life or Google Earth in OpenGL mode I've been getting the following message;

"LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found"

I've tried re-installing the programs over and over but it hasn't changed anything and like I said, this is when I open anything with OpenGL.

Is it an OpenGL problem or is there something else?

Quick overview of system specs:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
RAM: 2Gb DDR
CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7500 3.16Ghz (overclocked)
Motherboard: AsRock 775i65G
Video card: PowerColor ATi HD4670 PCS 1Gb DDR3
Catalyst: 10.1

P.S.

I have no clue if I'm writing this in the right place so if I'm not, I apologise and any help is appreciated.

Have you tried using an earlier Catalyst version or uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling the latest Catalyst version?

Of course, of all the things I did try that wasn't one of them and I feel stupid now. lol jk

Thanks for the help dmex and zeroburrito, fixed. =)

I am getting the same error on the same model of vid card you have. I upgraded to Ultimate from Home Premium and am now getting this error. Using 10.1 catalyst. This is the third driver I have tried to get the GPU to work on photoshop, just started getting this error with the latest version of ati radeons drivers, downgraded to 10.1 and still getting the error.

How did you fix this problem ?

Wow - I'm not sure how with Windows 8, Adobe Creative Cloud/CS6 and the latest ATI drivers that this is STILL a problem, but it is! The error would show up, then a warning message about my graphics card from Adobe, and then I could get into Photoshop. Unfortunately, the error would sometimes show up again while I was working, locking up Photoshop and causing me to lose my work.

Thanks for the fix. No idea what it did, just glad it worked.
