Local Disk C is running out of space

hi friends, im having this problem with my laptop that my local disk c is full while i have used only 20GB out of 75GB but now it is saying only 78MB is left out of 75GB. I have tried to to disable restore point but still am receiving this msg. Is there any way to get rid of this problem since it is annoying and am sick n tired of it. please help me and thank you for your contribution.

Why do you think you've only used 20GB?

1. Remove useless software that you don't use
2. On your downloads folder - delete all files in that folder. They use a large file size
3. Use Disk Cleanup (can be found in My Computer) to cleanup space.
4. Compress files!
5. With only 75GB of disk space - it is decent.
