Local network problem

I use window 7 professional and have a local network to connect to internet, but when i connect, network and sharing center appear 2 networks connected,one of them is allways unidentifined networks, both of them are local area connection and i cant connect to internet. How can i resolve it, please help me

The unidentified networks, are these wireless? Any probs connecting over a fixed wired Ethernet setup?

hello eagle..

can you post your device manager, whenever you have to see you have 1 or 2 ethernet card.

i only have one ethernet, i turned off wireless card, both of them are local connection, i already un/reinstall ethernet card but nothing change.

you have to check your ethernet card is connected or not. and use ip static or dinamic.

when you're connecting in the bottom corner that's you find 2 connection, maybe one of them is wireless. turn off the wireless. and enable the LAN one.

using ipconfig /all to see and try type ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew.
