LocalAreaConnection 1 Gbs and VirtualBox HostOnly 100 Mbs, how to balance? i used Nat and Bridge blah blah..all VirtualBox adapter types and nothing

Check the virtual NIC being emulated in VirtualBox, see if it's a 100Mb device or a 1000Mb (1Gb) device. Mine is set to Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop (8254OEM) and doesn't seem to be changeable.
