I have an old graphics program, Picture Publisher, that has a feature called the ClipboardBrowser (it stores images that you can paste to an open file). I can't find the images though, as files. Tried a search for ClipboardBroswer and for the individual names of the images on it, and get no results. While the program is available to all users, the Browser only has images that each user has loaded. I've looked through Program Files and Data, as well as AppData for users (which is where I expected to find it).

What I want to do, is copy the folder/file to the program on another machine. But, I gotta find it first.

Could it be a .dll, and that's why it doesn't show?

Process Monitor should show you where that program is writing data.

Start Process Monitor
Start Picture Publisher
Add an image to Picture Publisher
Close Picture Publisher
Stop Process Monitor from gathering data

Filter the data within Process Monitor to only show file data.

Look thru the data for file write operations by the Picture Publisher process.

If you find something of interest, right click on that row in the Path column and select Jump to from the context menu.

Didn't get to your suggestion, found it by accident first (looking for something else). It was in AppData>Local>Virtual Storage.
