Lock Icon, and some misc., Please

Hello,

Have three questions, please.
They may be related; not sure.

a. How do I "Show Hidden Folders" ?

b. My Username is Bob
I have a Lock Icon on Folder (Bob), which I got to via C:\Users\Bob

How do I remove this Lock icon and make the "Bob" Folder freely accessible ?

c. I used the normal Windows Search to find a Folder called SDRSFM
It is supposed to be via C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\SDRSFM
The search turned up nothing.

Is it perhaps due to the Lock Icon on "Bob" ?

But if I do a search with Agent Ransack, it (SDRSFM) shows up.
Why doesn't the normal Windows Search find it ?
