This morning I typed in my entry password as I've done since I got my computer. This message, "The user name or password is incorrect" came up, thus I wasn't allowed access. I checked my entry by retyping the password a number of times, checking to make sure the caps key wasn't on, etc. etc. When I couldn't get in, I clicked on "Change Password." This didn't work, either, since it seems I need a recovery flash drive containing the information to do so. I know, for sure, I don't have such media. Am I screwed here? I shut down the computer last night doing nothing consciously to corrupt or alter the password that's worked for two years. Thanks for any help you can offer !!
