Hi Liz, try using IE as FF can block attempts to Windows settings.
You should set IE as default temporarily for this.

Sounds like a fake spam email to me telling you to reset your account by "clicking here"

Your awesome for reading this.
Had an email from Live asking me to fill in a questionaire regarding the ease of using their recovery of password procedure - I did tell them what I thought of it!!!!!!!!!

I have since had an email saying that because of the numerous attempts to recover my password to just get myself a new account.

Road runner I would like to thank you for your help and patience and actually I had just about figured out how to do the screen shot.

Thanks once again

Liz

Hi Liz, as you have been forced into getting a new account, I suggest you don't. Instead get 2 new email accounts as described in my pdf.
I hope you don't have too many people to give your new address to. View attachment WLM Tips.pdf
