Locked out!

I locked the keys in the car.

I turned the administrator account to inactive after reducing the only other windows account to standard and when I try to run anything as administrator it doesn't give me a place to put in the administrator password.

how can I fix this?

Try booting up inSafe mode and creating a new Admin account.

It's not a password reset issue. The problem is in elevation dialog not allowing for admin password input

You have disabled the Administrator account and therefore it won't give you an option to log into an account that doesn't exist.
Follow BIL2's advice and create a new one
