Solved locking icons

Of the many tutorials on the taskbar, I didn't see anyway to lock the icons on the taskbar. Can that be done, its easier to keep similar icons together.

Taskbar Properties, Always Combine, hide labels???? That way similar icons are stacked off a single icon that represents them.

have a look at bins software, once you have grouped things as you like it can be locked from moving

it was free but is now out of beta , i did purchase it after the beta testing period ended and cant imagine not having it.
