=the problem=
Last night I put it into sleep and today it just gets locked up! I put in my password and it loads into my desktop and then it seems to be working like normal, like I can right click stuff on my task bar and like close things from there. But then like if I try and do anything it just freezes up and the screen goes white and then it shows the little mouse wheel waiting animation. Like I tried turning on firefox and it froze then I reset it and then I tried to move videos from my desktop to a folder it freezes, I tried loading msn it freezes. Ugg! this computer is like a month old! I am currently running it in safe mode right now :/ please help?

To me that points to a core file issue.

boot safemode (hopefully that's more stable) and use the cmd window to run SFC /scannow

it can't hurt, the more experienced debuggers here work wonders with the dump files.

Attached the zip file at the first post. And yea safe mode is awesome its the whole reason I am able to get some tech support, it seems to be doing everything that it couldn't do before. But its well safe mode ><

=results from SFC /scannow=
well the scan ended and it closed and I don't think anything came up o0 I'm not sure if it is good or bad. Should I run it again? or would have something come up if there was a problem?

I have to ask if you've changed anything in the last 24 hours. Your system event log started logging faults like crazy at exactly 9:50 this morning. There are no dumpfiles located in your zip so this is more than likely a software fault.

I also notice you have a isatap adapter driver issue. This could be causing problems for your wireless card. I honestly am hoping one of the more experienced debuggers happen by this thread. I personally am more accustomed to actually having my hands on a machine, some of these guys are pro's at solving problems online.

There were no .dmp files in the jcgriff folder,
If you wish others to assist with your Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) problem – please follow these steps...
- Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump (C:\ indicates where Windows is installed)
- Copy all of the mini dump files to a temporary location (Desktop or an empty folder is recommended)
- Zip up the dumps into a .rar or .zip format
- Upload using the uploading (paper clip) attachment.
- Briefly describe your problem, your system specs, age of OS and scomputer; someone will analyze your dumps as soon as possible.

strange very strange I uninstalled demon tools and my AVG. I apparently already have AVAST! so I don't need two anti-virus? It all seems to be working for the most part im back running it normally.

Two anti-virus can cause: conflicts, BSOD, crashes, stability, etc.... Uninstall AVG and Avast.

Personally, I do not like third-party anti-virus. Nearly all of them cost and cause conflicts. Use Microsoft Security Essentials..
