Locks appearin on certain sub folders of main user account, how to fix

Recently I noticed that in my User Account folder ( c:\users\my account), some of the folders have a lock on it, some not. Meanwhile I noticed, that the lock is missing from my account name in the User folder (my account), however it is usually there. I also noticed that the subfolders in my main User folder that don't have a lock on them have permissions for an unknown user in the Properties/Security field. I guess this is because recently I removed my Windows drive from my computer, and accessed that drive on another computer of mine. Hopefully, though, I am not sure. How can I fix the libraries? I only saw a lock on my main user account not on sub accounts before.

It will be owned by a long number which is a unknown SID thats the SID of the user you used to access it you need to take owners of the folder
