MCX1 is the admin account. How to fix

Somehow, my media center extender ended up as the admin account on my PC if I am not mistaken. How would I either make my regular user account the admin, or delete the MCX1 account? I've tried to change my account type through users in control panel but it doesn't look like I have permissions to change anything. I also tried enabling the built in admin account but I had no luck there either.

Logon with the mcx1 account if thats admin then change the standard user or create a new admin user

How would I know what the password is. Mcx1 is an account that windows creates when I connect a Windows media center extender to the pc
