Solved log in after sleep mode

when the computer comes out of sleep, there is a screen with a little square logo or picture and your name below it. Mine says "Brad locked". I don't want this screen to come up. After coming out of sleep mode, I want the computer to immediately go to the windows desktop.
How do you do that?

You would need to change the Require a password on wakeup setting to No in your Power Options. The tutorial below can help show you how to if needed.
