log on display

I'm building PC for little brother whose 10y old and atm I'm changing windows settings.
I installed Win7 to it.. But I don’t seem to find settings what allows me to change log in display.
I have 2 accounts on that OS. One Is Admin and other is normal user... But I want to change settings, so I only see one account. It’s almost like winXP had. User name and password...
I know that it’s possible... I have used PC's that have, that kind setting on...

Can someone tell me how or give me link to guide?

I got it, so I can only see one account... but this Ctrl+Alt+Del dont show me my Admin account... what should I do?
