Logging off troubles!

Log off issues

I am new to this forum. I have Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium. Every time I let Windows perform an update I run into a Log Off screen that will not stop. It goes on for hours. I am unable to boot from a disk as when I turn off the power and unplug it and then restart it the system goes into log off.

I can not get back to a home screen. Please advise.

Had the same problem it was caused by DataRam RamDrive

I'm currently running windows 7 beta build 7000, and whenever I shut down my computer the "safe" way(by pressing the shut down button in the start menu) the computer always gets stuck on the logging off screen. My desktop dissapears,as it should, but then the logging of screen comes up with the windows 7 background and my computer just stops the shut down process right there. How do I fix it?

Hi I had same problem I was running DataRam RamDrive and stopped it from loading at start-up but left the program installed; you have to uninstall it with Comodo Program Manager Windows Software Uninstaller, Windows Registry Clean up, Restore Windows Applications - Comodo Programs Manager or Revo Uninstaller Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems Hope this info helps as the problem din't show for a week or two after stopping RamDisk from loading at start-up
