Logging Onto Account Does Not Work.

Well, I decided to create some new accounts on my PC with Windows. However, when I attempt to log on to them, I receive an error message saying " The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". Are there any methods I could use to fix my problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
