Mouse keeps freezing on Windows 7 64-bit.
My g400 stated suddenly freezing randomly (sometimes multiple times in a minute, sometimes once in 30min)... especially when I am playing a game I know that the mouse is working properly, as i tried it on my second OS which is Ubuntu 14.05 LTS (same computer), and at on a second computer (which has Windows 7 64 bit, as well) and it works perfectly there.
I tried unistalling the Logitech Gaming Software, purging all folders and files that are related to the LGS and reinstalling the latest version, it did not help as the freezes countinued.
I tried another mouse on my pc, one was Genius which worked normally (which did not require any official drivers, apart from the ones that were downloaded by Windows itself) , sadly i don't have any other mice to try out, since i moved to another city and don't know anyone.
I then tried to install a older version of the software, but after the problem was still the same, kept freezing. I contacted Logitech but they said to contact Windows support as they said it had something to do with Windows itself
which has lead me here.
Please, can you help ?
