Logoff After Inactivity (Not Scn Svr or Power)

I've got a machine with multiple users. Is there someplace in Win7 where I can set the user to logoff after an hour of inactivity?

This should be a clean logout with any programs open to be closed and auto saved as needed.

The second one to reset the computer might work. I was hoping for a hidden setting I missed that would just logoff the user.
