Logon problem !!

I select my account and after that i see loading screen. No more else.
I don`t have restore points and I tried all week. I am !!

What i can do?
Any ideas?

Try to get into safe mode
Once in safe mode
Click Start
Type: CMD, , right click CMD
Click 'Run as Administrator'

At the Command Prompt, type: sfc /scannow
Run several times if errors are found

If that does not work:
1. Insert the Windows 7 DVD
2. Restart your computer
3. When asked if you want to boot from your DVD drive, do so.
4. Choose your language, click Next.
5. Click 'Repair your computer'
6. Select operating system you want repair.

Have no DVD try to create this boot DVD

I am in safe mod now and I am waiting for verification to complete.
I tried to repaire with windows 7 dvd but nothing... No problems finds.
