Solved Logon problems

I Have deleted my users on my lepton and now i can't logon.

I get the massage "there are currently no long on servers available to service the logon request"

its a computer given to me , i was a work laptop for a company and was also was used to work
remotely from home.

what i did is ... delete all the accounts so that i create a new one for my self
but i can't logon now...

i have the password and username that i used to logon and delete the other accounts

i also tried to log on as admin but it didn't work
i tried:
user: ADMINISTRATOR\administrator
Pass: ADMINISTRATOR

and other veriants... but nothing worked
i have a different win7 CD that i bought from my other laptop....

so...

What .. Do .. I .. DO ?
