Logon required on awakening?

When I awaken the PC, the TV asks me to logon. Is this necessary?

Go to Control Panel>Power Options. Click on "Require a password on wakeup" on the lefthand side. In the resulting System Settings page, click on "Change Settings that are currently unavailable", select "Don't require a password" radio button and save the changes. Check whether it resolves your problem.

Glad it resolved your problem.
