Hi. I have windows 7 and i have a question related to the logon screen.. I accidently changed the logon box and would like to restore it. Since i am an amateur in these things, i would like your help.. A software that does it automatically would be really appreciated!! :)

I don't know exactly.. I was browsing for some themes on devian art and not knowing what exactly it was, i downloaded a zip file that said longhorn and replaced some files in system32.. Then after restarting, i saw the new logon box. I want the default one.. Can you please help me?

Ok...I'm hoping that what you downloaded was just a theme, and not something a lot worse. Does the logon still work? Can you get to the desktop? If you can get to the desktop, right click on it, click on Properties and go to the Themes tab (though it should be the first tab that open when you click properties). I think in the dropdown menu something with the name Longhorn in it will be selected, click on it and select a different theme (like the standard/default one) then click Apply and Ok. When you reboot (though it might ask you to reboot, so then do so) then everything should be ok again.

I tried it and it didn't work.. :(. I remember replacing some dll files like oobefldr etc.. Please help me out
