A small tool for customizing Windows 7 logon this tool alows changing settings in UIFILE like moving user list, changing images margines, etc...

Debug bug:
i forgot to remove some messages boxes they apper awhen you press apply button for background just ignore them and also there is a problem with background applying images that are larger than 1.5 MB are not properly resized and they wont work

Yeah i noticed when you wrote that question before and thought i would do a little edit to clarify
