LogonUI.exe - SETUPAPI.dll is missing.

I can t login into my pc, the safe mode does work tho.

I get this error:
Code: 
LogonUI.exe : The program can't start because SETUPAPI.dll 
is missing from your computer. try re-installing 
to fix the error.
Anyone? Please this is urgent it s my office pc.

If you have a Windows Installation DVD, do a repair install.

Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1 / WCP x64 / Ubuntu 11 x64
No mate, wasn t needed, i just booted it in Safe Mode, nd then run a Reg Optimizer - problem solved.
