Lol! Where's My Shutdown Button???

Seriously...I went to shutdown my PC today and the button is gone. This is not a fresh install or anything. I've had this build installed for about 2 weeks now and have restarted or shutdown on several occasions...but where is it now?? See my screeny below:

All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
I know, right! Hahaha...I restarted and it came back, but I mean, at first I was like "WTF??!!"
