Solved Long lag time

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on turning things off so I get better performance on my system. Here is a screen shot. As you can see all are checked and only one is left unchecked.

You can uncheck everything if you want to. It's down to personal preference. My choice: All unchecked and I use a basic them with no Aero. You can switch items back on if you don't like the effects.
