Looking for a certan type of pc speaker.

Not 100% sure if this is the correct section, I figure it is since it is hardware but oh well.. here goes.

I am looking for a pair of inexpensive speakers, that the earphone volume can be controled by the volume control on the speakers, like my current pair of speakers, when I plug headphones in, the volume control doesn't change the volume of the headphones at all, I am looking for a pair that do, I used to have a nice pair of logitech ones but that was ages ago, and I haven't been able to find them again, probally a model not made anymore. Anyway, could someone suggest some that might have this feature? or what it would be called if I was to look myself?

That is not a spec that a lot of companies are going to make a big deal of in ads.
Your best bet will be to go to the manufacturer's website and look at the speaker systems that meet your needs, and look for ones that have a volume control that sits on your desk. Then look at images to see if you see the headphones port.
