The CPU you have is a socket AM3+, the GTX 760 just needs a single PCI-express 2.0 x16 although it's better if it is 3.0, and you need a PCI-e x1 for your sound card, arranged in a way that the GTX isn't going to cover it.
There is a boatload of motherboards that can run that components.
