Looking for email client that allows pipeing through spamc

I am looking for a email client for windows 7 64 bit, that will allow me to pipe emails through spamc.exe so I can teach spamassassin on my server that they are spam. I use claws-mail on linux, and freebsd, but on windows it does not allow pipeing through local spamassassin. Any ideas of clients that allow it?

Maybe try thunderbird https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/

While that will allow me to filter through a local spamassassin, it will not allow me to train a remote spamassassin.
