Looking for ITE IT8211 ATA\ATAPI controller.

I'm trying to reinstall windows from a dvd, but get an error message saying I need to install a driver for the CD/DVD drive. I have tried to find it online, but only come accross older versions not for Windows 7. Accd. to various sources its the ITE IT8211 ATA\ATAPI controller. I want to put it on a USB drive or CD so I can use it during the installation setup. Does anyone now where to find this driver online?

the ITE IT8211 ATA\ATAPI controller driver is available here:

but it is a SCSI driver originally released in 2004 and has little or nothing to do with a DVD drive
