Right, I currently have got the Linksys WMP54G PCI adapter. It works fine as I am using the RALINK RT2500 drivers for it. I could not find any official driver to work with Windows 7 x64.

Anyway, I have been thinking about getting a new card with 802.11n support. What are your recommendations for a good wireless adapter (preferably PCI) that has good official drivers and support for Windows 7 x64?

Hello Tizmo, I would recommend looking into D-Links cards I have always had great luck with those cards and routers yes they might cost a little more then others but you get what you pay for. But before you do that, I would have to ask what kind of router do you have make/model? And see what types of cards that company offers for wireless.

Being in Germany, our ISP is the Deutsche Telekom. We have their own router that was supplied for free. It is a very good router, although without 802.11n support. The router is a few years old, but works wonderfully with our 16mb connection.

I will see if they have NIC cards as well, but I doubt they do.
